By accessing or using Debloat Face, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Wellness Tool, Not Medical Care

Debloat Face provides general wellness planning for mild, temporary facial puffiness. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any medical condition, and it does not provide emergency services, medication advice, supplement dosing, or professional medical judgment.

Do not use the ordinary plan flow for sudden, severe, painful, rapidly worsening, or otherwise concerning swelling, trouble breathing or swallowing, fever, significant redness, hives, injury, or another urgent concern. Seek appropriate professional or emergency care.

Eligibility and User Responsibility

The launch product is intended for adults aged 18 or older. You are responsible for the information you provide and for deciding whether a general wellness step is appropriate for you. Stop any step that feels uncomfortable and do not rely on a generated plan as a substitute for professional advice.

Plan Limits

Allowed actions are assembled from a curated low-risk library. AI analysis may provide limited photo-quality, visible-focus, and factor-ranking output, but it cannot override a safety stop or add an unapproved action. Results vary. We do not promise an instant, overnight, permanent, or specific appearance change. The product does not infer a medical cause or score beauty, attractiveness, asymmetry, jawline, or facial structure.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its systems, submit unlawful or harmful content, probe security controls, automate abusive traffic, or use the tool to make medical or biometric claims about another person.

Optional Selfies

You may use the browser camera or choose a photo of yourself. You must have the right to submit the image and must not upload another person without authorization. Selfie analysis is limited to photo usability and neutral visible focus. Do not use it for diagnosis, identity, biometrics, appearance scoring, or claims about another person.

Personalized 7-Day Plan and Payment

The Personalized 7-Day Plan costs $9.99 USD as a one-time purchase. It does not create an account, subscription, or credit balance. PayPal provides the verified payer email and confirms the completed capture through its API and signed webhooks. The report is a static seven-day wellness plan with adjustment rules, not ongoing monitoring or human review.

If automatic fulfillment fails after bounded retries, contact us with the short report reference shown on the private status page. We will review a controlled retry, delivery recovery, or refund as appropriate. A confirmed full refund locks the private report and queues removal of its report data and PDF; the minimal payment and refund audit may remain. Refunds do not change the medical and wellness limitations in these terms.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service or a feature. We may also update these terms, with the updated date shown on this page.

Intellectual Property

The service, interface, curated plan library, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the service.
