This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Debloat Face (debloatface.com). Payments are processed by PayPal, and orders are sold by 上海微观思索科技有限公司（Shanghai Weiguan Sisuo Technology Co., Ltd.）.
One-time purchases
- If we cannot deliver your purchase, for example because generation fails and cannot be recovered, we will refund it in full.
- Once your purchase has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
Service failures
If a paid action fails because of a problem on our side, we will restore the credits used or refund the charge.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and include your order ID or receipt. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show them.
Disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We can usually resolve the issue faster directly.
